三、项目前景

PVC双壁波纹管是近年发展起来的一种新型PVC管材，国外着重应用于建筑排水、排污管、电工穿线管、埋地排水管等领域；国内广泛应用于电缆套管、建筑排水管、农用排水管、灌溉、化工、医药及通风管道等方面。由于PVC提供了良好的性能价格比，未来PVC管材仍是世界塑料管材生产使用的主要品种之一。预计2010年全球PVC双壁波纹管需求量将达到1240万吨，2015年将达到1360万吨；随着国家大量投资建设交通、通讯、水利、能源等基础设施，基础建设工程为PVC双壁波纹管的市场创造了新的发展机遇。预计国内2010年需求量将达到20万吨，2015年将达到32万吨，产品市场前景看好。

四、效益预测：项目投产后可实现销售额40亿元，利税4亿元。

1）To build a new production line of annual 300,000 tons of PVC double-wall corrugated pipe and 300,000 tons of PVC profile.

2）Total investment is RMB1.8 billion.

3）Project site: New materials Park, Chuzhou District

3. Project prospect:

PVC double-wall corrugated pipe is a new PVC pipe in recent years. At abroad, it is mainly applied in construction drainage, sewage, electrical threading pipes, buried pipes and other areas. At home, it is widely used in cable casing, construction drainage, agricultural drainage, irrigation, chemical industry, medicine and ventilation ducts and so on. As the PVC provides an excellent price-performance ratio, PVC pipe will still be one of the main varieties to produce and use in the world in future. The demand for PVC double-wall corrugated pipe is expected to be 12.4 million tons in 2010 and 13.6 million tons in 2015. With a large number of investment and construction puted in transportation, communication, water conservancy, energy and other infrastructure, they creat a new developing opportunity for PVC double-wall corrugated pipe to gain. It is expected that domestic demand reach to 200,000 tons in 2010 and 320,000 tons in 2015. The prospect of its market is promising.

4. Benefit prediction: When the project is completed, the annual sales income will be RMB4 billion and taxes will be up to RMB400 millon.
